Buttons
Use yellow yarn
Rnd 1: 6 sc into the magic ring
Finish off. Sew the buttons to the body

Beard
Use white yarn
I’ve cut a lot of strokes (± 40) white yarn with the same length ± 10 cm, and made knots like the tutorial by Freshstitches. After I’ve knotted all the strokes, I’ve frayed them one by one with a needle. And then I’ve trimmed the beard in the correct shape.
